Protecting the Environment
I believe that it is important to take care of our natural resources. This includes all national, state and local parks. There is one organization, Leave No Trace, that has been a great advocate for preservation of these areas for future generations to enjoy. Below is their seven principles. The Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics also has derivations of the principles that
correspond with various activities and environments including the Frontcountry, Kids,
Heritage Sites, River Corridors, Fishing and Hunting.
